위의 에러메시지를 보면
해당 라이브러리를 찾을수가 없어서설치가 안되는겁니다.
arp-util
apr-util-devel
해당 2개의 rpm패키지를 설치하신뒤 다시 컴파일 해보시면
정상적으로 될겁니다.
